•  Q: Why can’t I log into my account?

A: It can take up to 30 days from your original purchase date to active your wholesale account. If you are a new wholesale member and you are not able to login, feel free to call (800-458-7627) or email us to inquire about your account.

•  Q: What do I get with my membership?

A: Typically, you will receive a 3, 4, 5, or 6 year Wholesale Membership to from your water treatment dealer (or other in home direct sales professional). This allows you to login as a wholesale member and shop from the site at Wholesale Prices. This is similar to having a membership to Sam’s Club or Costco, where you purchase an exclusive membership to be able to shop our products and get access to items the general public does not. You receive free shipping on all wholesale orders over $75.00. You are never obligated to spend any money on the site unless you are choosing to do so.
Most new members also receive reward points from your water treatment dealer (or other in home direct sales professional). These points are for you to use how you choose. Think of them like having a gift card to the site. When you check out, you want to choose the payment method PAY WITH POINTS. The items you are ordering will then be paid for by your points and are no charge to you. To get the most out of your points, you should order either the CUSTOMIZE MY PACK or the EXTREME VALUE PACK. Both the CUSTOMIZE MY PACK and the EXTREME VALUE PACKS are provided with free shipping. These VALUE PACKS are designed to last a family of four over a year when used as directed. These products are concentrates that you will then add to the dispenser bottles and mix with water (ex. one bottle of the Multipurpose Cleaner, Glass & Surface Cleaner, or the Kitchen & Bath Cleaner can make 64 individual 32 oz. bottles). Items such as these may only need to be ordered one time at the beginning of your membership, letting you order other items, like laundry and personal care items, more often.

•  Q: How do I earn rewards points?

•  Q: If I have Reward Points, why is it asking for my credit card?

A: You will receive your Reward Points once your Wholesale Account is set up and activated by your authorized dealer.

•  Q: Why did my order take more points than the items were worth?

A: Your order took your REWARD POINTS to cover the shipping and handling cost of your order because you did not reach the $75.00 (MEMBER PRICING) amount on your Wholesale order to get Free Shipping and Handling.


•  Q: Are any of the Liquid Soap Products tested on animals?

A: No. As a matter of fact, all the brands we manufacture -- Liquid Soap, Natural Visions and Pure Selects -- have received the PETA Cruelty Free seal of approval.

•  Q: I used to purchase gallons of product from Liquid Soap Products, but all I see are liters. What happened to the gallons?

•  Q: Are the laundry detergents offered on GoHealthy360 approved to work in a high efficiency washing machine?

A: Yes, all of our laundry soaps (Liquid Soap, Natural Visions, Pure Selects) can be used in high efficiency washing machines. A high efficiency detergent is one that is highly concentrated and has low sudsing characteristics, and all of our detergents have been designed to meet these criteria.

•  Q: Which products are considered to be your purest and most environmentally friendly products?

A: As the name implies, our Pure Selects product line is the purest and most environmentally friendly line that we offer. This line of products contains no fragrance or dyes. It is also free of all SLS, ALS, and Cocamide DEA. Our Natural Visions and Liquid Soap Products lines are concentrated, made in USA and environmentally-friendly.

•  Q: How long will an EXTREME VALUE PACK last me?

A: The EXTREME VALUE PACKS can last a family of four up to one year when used as directed.

•  Q: What does that date stamp mean on my liters of Natural Visions products?

A: That date is the manufacturing date that your products were made. It is not an expiration date.

Order Questions

•  Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?

A: We process and try to ship all orders in 24-48 hours of receiving them.

•  Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We ship most orders with Fedex Ground Home Delivery. We also use USPS when prudent. Standard Fedex Ground Home Delivery rates and shipping times apply. USPS shipping times apply when orders are shipped this method.

•  Q: When will my order be shipped out to me?

A: We try to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving and processing them (not counting weekends or holidays). We ship from the Kansas City, MO area so the shipping time (is 2-5 business days to you) is based on your proximity to us.

•  Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. We will send this information to the email we have on file.

•  Q: Why did my order take more points than the items were worth?

A: Your order took your REWARD POINTS to cover the shipping and handling cost of your order because you did not reach the $75.00 (MEMBER PRICING) amount on your Wholesale order to get Free Shipping and Handling.

•  Q: Why will it not allow me to check out and pay with my points?

A: There are three reasons for this. 1. You are not logged in. You have to be logged into to be able to use your REWARD POINTS. 2. If your WHOLESALE MEMBERSHIP qualifies you to have access to order EXTREME VALUE PACKS, then maybe you are trying to order an EXTREME VALUE PACK, these are available to you one time per year with your REWARD POINTS. Please check your ORDER HISTORY (upper right hand corner of page) and you will be able to view when you last ordered an EXTREME VALUE PACK. 3. You have more than one EXTREME VALUE PACK in your cart at time of checkout. You will need to EMPTY CART, logout and log right back in and you can complete your checkout with one EXTREME VALUE PACK.

•  Q: Can I pay part of my order with points and part with a credit card?

A: The only time you may split a payment between a credit card and your points is when you do not have enough points to fully pay for an order. In that instance, the remainder of your points will be used and you will be prompted for a credit card.
